The PVFGA Team meets weekly at our club's indoor range.
Each match consists of team members shooting three targets. Slow fire is 10 rounds fired in 10 minutes.
Timed fire is 2 strings of five shots fired in 20 seconds per string.
Rapid fire is 2 strings of 5 shots fired in 10 seconds per string.
Time allowing, there are typically 3 relays.
This league is conducted solely with .22 cal.pistols.
Members use a variety of autoloaders- from Rugers to Hammerlis. Iron sights are fine, but 'red-dot' scopes are widely used.
The individual scores are based on the total score on all three targets. A perfect score would be 300 points
- not seen very often!
The league season runs from January through the end of March and consists of 12 matches.
New members and interested shooters are always welcome.
